In 2024, the American Business School of Paris welcomes a growing proportion of English-speaking international students (80%), primarily non-European and non French-speaking. To ensure optimal professional insertion upon graduation, the ABS has placed a personalized support plan at the core of its strategy, aligning with the needs of international companies.

With this goal in mind, the school joined the Handshake platform in October—an innovative tool expanding across Europe and already used by 90% of American universities. Thanks to its AI driven matching algorithms, Handshake provides ABS students access to a worldwide network of more than 850 000 companies aswell as english-speaking internship and job offers, in adequation with their skills, interests and aspirations.

The Corporate Relations & Careers service of ABS can now anticipate and more efficiently respond to the needs of its partner companies and new recruiters alike. By analyzing students’ profiles and backgrounds in real time, the service can offer more tailored support, enhance students' skills, and guide them toward success.

At the same time the Career Booster Program, designed to strengthen the employability of international students and help them stand out in the labor market, has just seen the addition of three new workshops. They aim to develop their skills in multicultural teamwork, incorporate AI-driven innovations into their applications, and in positioning themselves as actors of change within companies.
