ABS MBA Seminar: immersion at the heart of the European market

Early last June, a group of students from our MBA program spent a week in Amsterdam to take part in the third edition of our seminar, developed in close collaboration with our longstanding partners, the Seagull Institute. One objective: to immerse our students in the European market, its practices and culture.

The week started with a beautiful, sunny summer day, ideal to start things off by exploring the Venice of the North, going through iconic places like Rembrandt’s house or the Bloemenmarkt, and simply walking around the streets to enjoy the local culture.

This trip was more than just fun and games though: during the week, the students had to visit companies like Booking.com, KLM and Heineken, working in teams to deliver their observations and recommendations in front of a jury at the end of the seminar. Congratulations to Raj Desai, the Valedictorian of the week!

This year’s edition of the MBA Seminar has gathered students from 6 different nationalities, each of them coming with its own perspective and insights. That diversity is what makes these experiences so interesting, for them as much as for us.
